Just Couldn't Stop Myself from Coding - the Update of libtcas Occupying zlib

I just couldn't keep myself away from coding. Well, anyway, I'm happy with the achievement I got, which really deserves some affirmation. By yesterday night I successfully brought the zlib into libtcas by using which the TCAS file can be reduced about half of its original size, yet with very little performance decrease, what's more, since the file is smaller, the time it spent on doing I/O is dramatically reduced, so the overall performance may even be increased (that's really a bonus XD).
